Giatras Studios and Apartments are ideally located for a fantastic holiday on the enchanting island of Zante. Situated near the popular resort of Lagana, well known for its beautiful sandy beach and lively nightlife.

At Giatras Studios our guests are not disturbed by noise from the centre of Lagana but are close enough that if you want to join in the action you do not have far to go! Giatras studios are family run, offering a very high standard of hospitality and guaranteeing a warm and friendly welcome.

Giatras studios are the perfect place for beach lovers, as the beach is only 80 m away! Not just suited to those who love the beach, we are sure that everyone will have an enjoyable, comfortable and memorable stay here.

ACCOMMODATION

Giatras studios have three types of accommodation to offer our guests: studios, apartments and a maisonette. There are 13 studios suitable for 2-3 people and 2 apartments for up to 4 people.

The studios and apartments are similar and offer the same excellent facilities; the only difference being the apartment has a separate bedroom. Both have double and single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and kettle.
The bathrooms have a shower and a w.c. All the accommodation has a TV and a roof fan. Each room has its own private spacious balcony; perfect for enjoying the magnificent sea and garden views.

The maisonette is suitable for up to 6 guests and is a two story detached house (50 sqm in size).
It has 3 bedrooms, making it the ideal accommodation for families or for 3 couples holidaying together.

There is a kitchen with all necessary utensils, refrigerator and a kettle.
Also a bathroom with a shower and a w.c. The maisonette has roof fans and a TV, as well as lovely views over the Ionian Sea and pretty gardens.

Only 80 m from the beach Giatras studios are ideal for those who like to spend all day sunbathing or swimming. Guests find our location superb, as a supermarket and tavernas are just next door and the resort of Lagana is just a short 500 m walk away. This means that guests, if they desire, can soak up the sun and splash in sea at the nearby beach during the day and then enjoy the nightlife of Lagana by night.
The Capital town is not far either and is easily accessible by bus; meaning that from Giatras studios it is possible to visit more of Zante than just Lagana.
