These beautifully decorated luxury villas are ideal for families who want all the comforts of home whilst on holiday. They are open all year round and offer the best in luxurious accommodation as well as being accessible to the main resort of Laganas with all its amenities and beautiful sandy beaches.

Each villa is superbly decorated throughout in traditional Zakynthian style and has a home from home atmosphere that makes for a relaxing holiday.

ACCOMMODATION

Anogia villas comprise two floors. The modern, luxurious design offers the most modern conveniences, yet the local tradition is preserved and emphasised, too. Each villa has a separate, private swimming pool.

The ground floor

There is a fully equipped kitchen with wooden furniture, and a dining table. The equipment includes an electric cooker, a microwave oven, a coffee-machine, water boiler, refrigerator, toaster etc.

There is a washing machine and ironing equipment in the auxiliary room next to the kitchen.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

The kitchen is next to the traditionally decorated living room with a fireplace and enough space to accommodate two additional persons.

The fully furnished veranda overlooks the garden and offers direct access to the swimming pool.

The first floor is also traditionally decorated and furnished. There are two bedrooms at the first floor.

One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other a big, specially constructed bed.

The large bathroom with wooden furniture is completely independent.

There is a wide balcony connecting both bedrooms, overlooking the swimming pool.

These villas have been constructed with the greatest attention to detail, aiming to create the perfect environment for our guest to enjoy the best in quality vacations.

There is a private, fenced parking space for each villa.

The villas also offer Internet connection and satellite TV (NOVA). All rooms are air-conditioned. The owners are always at your disposal to provide discreet service or advise you about the best sight-seeings on the island.

The Anogia villas are very conveniently located just a few metres from the cosmopolitan center of Laganas resort, near the marketplace, restaurants, bars, taverns, super markets, medical center etc.

This way our guests enjoy a quiet, relaxing environment while just a few steps away from the cosmopolitan life that has made Laganas known worldwide.

These villas are surrounded by olive groves. The town and port of Zakynthos are just five minutes away by car.
You may easily visit the marketplace or the sight-seeings (museums etc.).
