These apartments and studios are separated into two blocks. The first newly built building has 3 apartments with a separate bedroom that locks up for privacy. The other two single beds are in the long kitchen area.

The parents must pass by the kids' sleeping area in order to enter the kitchen and bathroom. This is adequate for families with two small children. It is not recommended for two couples to share.

The building further back consists of older type apartments with studios.
These apartments have two separate bedrooms that lock up, a kitchen and bathroom. These are a bit more spacious than the others and are suitable for families and couples. They are on the lower floor which make it very safe for children to play along the big terrace area.

The accommodation consists of plenty of cutlery for your everyday cooking essentials. These are secluded from the main road and seem to be on an island of their own. With the different shades of flowers on the lower balconies combined with the lush green of the perfectly cut grass, these pictures say a thousand words. The environment is perfect for families as children can play with one another outside in the safe garden area.

The beach is a few steps away down a steep pathway. The sandy mile long beach is very quiet and clean. The many toursts have not yet discovered this jewel. The waters are shallow and safe for children to swim in. The owners run a tavern next to the apartments all day long which is perfect for mama's cooked food and a refreshing ouzo to drink amongst the sea view.

Arvanitakis Studios have a superb setting being located right on the unspoilt Amboula beach. The popular resort of Tsilivi is only 1 km away, with a wide range of shops, restaurants and tavernas and also the resort is gaining a good reputation for nightlife with many friendly family run bars.

The capital town is only 7 km away and is linked by a bus service from Tsilivi making it very accessible.
