Villa Belvedere provides two individual traditional apartments consisting of two rooms, fully furnished with air conditioning, on a land scale of 5,500 sqm, an environment, which makes available various activities. It is situated close by the beaches of the Vassilikos region (800m) and the shopping center (400m) whereby, one encounters small tavernas, mini markets, small coffee shops and Logos Bar for a dance and a fun night out located in an evergreen, open air environment.

Due to the landscape, this location is ideal for summer walks amidst pine trees and olive groves, or one is able to rent bicycles from the region, engage in horse riding in order to enjoy better the attractive journeys of the village.

Zakynthos and especially Vassilikos is a main attraction for alternative tours mainly from central Europe, with various artistic activities available including drawing & painting, sculpture, ceramics, jewellery, theatre, music, photography and dance etc.

Accommodation:

The apartments are newly built with local materials of stone and wood by giving a traditional note to the whole natural environment. Here is where tradition meets the modern comforts of our days. The large verandas offer, panoramic views stretch to the olive grouse, the pine trees, the blue sky, the sea and beyond to Peloponese. The apartments are suitable for one family up to 5 persons or two friendly couples.

Each house has a two-bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen that is fully furnished. The apartment is able to accommodate 4+1 persons (extra bed), in 75m2. All of this creates a friendly environment and is recommended for those who are in search of peace of mind and tranquility.

* Within a small distance between 400 and 800 metres from the apartments are located: the sea with its beautiful beaches Ionio' and Banana (ideal for children) the shops of Vassilikos , the famous restaurant "Kostas' Brother" and "Logos Bar" for drinks and dancing set in a natural summertime environment.
